Terms of Service

1. Who we are

ClassicGEO is operated by {{LEGAL_ENTITY_NAME}}, registered at {{REGISTERED_ADDRESS}} (“we”, “us”). You can reach us at {{SUPPORT_EMAIL}}.

2. What the service does

ClassicGEO asks live AI answer engines a set of questions about your market and records whether your brand is named in the answer and whether your pages are cited as sources. It reports what those engines returned at the time we asked.

We measure; we do not control what AI engines say. The engines are third-party systems that change their models, their retrieval and their sources without notice. We do not guarantee that your visibility will improve, that any particular engine will cite you, or that a result will repeat if the same question is asked again. Nothing in the service is a promise of ranking, traffic, revenue or any other outcome.

Measurements are samples, not censuses. Where we could not obtain an answer, we report that we could not measure rather than reporting zero.

3. Your account

You need an account to use the service. You are responsible for what happens under it and for keeping access to your sign-in method secure. You must be at least 18 and, if you are subscribing on behalf of an organisation, authorised to bind it to these terms.

4. Plans, billing and payment

Paid plans are subscriptions billed in advance each month at the price shown on the pricing page. Each plan includes a stated allowance of audits and tracking scans per billing period. Allowances reset at the start of each period and do not carry over.

Payments are processed by Polar Software Inc., which acts as merchant of record for the transaction. Polar is the seller for payment and tax purposes, issues your invoice, and their terms apply to the payment itself alongside these terms. We never receive or store your card details.

4.1 Payments are non-refundable

All payments are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds, credits or pro-rated adjustments for partial billing periods, unused allowance, downgrades, or cancellation part-way through a period.

You may cancel at any time from the billing portal. Cancellation stops the next renewal; it does not end the period you have already paid for, and you keep access until that period ends.

Failed runs are not charged against you. If a scan fails because of a fault on our side, it does not consume your allowance and we will re-run it. Re-running is our remedy for a failed run; it is provided instead of a refund, not in addition to one.

Where mandatory law gives you a right to cancel, withdraw or obtain a refund that cannot be excluded by agreement, that law applies and this section does not limit it.

4.2 Price changes

We may change prices. Changes take effect at your next renewal and we will tell you before that renewal, so you can cancel first if you would rather not continue.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

We may suspend an account that does any of these, or that puts our third-party API access at risk.

6. Availability

We aim to keep the service available but do not offer an uptime guarantee. The service depends on third-party AI providers, and their outages, rate limits and pricing changes affect what we can measure and how quickly.

7. Your data and your content

You keep ownership of the URLs and material you submit. You grant us the licence needed to run the service: to fetch and read the pages you point us at, to send questions about your market to third-party AI engines, and to store the results in your account. What we collect and who it goes to is set out in our Privacy Policy.

We own the service itself, including the software, prompts, methodology and report formats. Reports we generate for you are yours to use inside your organisation.

8. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time and delete your account from the dashboard. We may suspend or terminate an account for breach of these terms or non-payment. On termination your access ends; consistent with section 4.1, amounts already paid are not refunded.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost revenue, or business decisions made on the basis of a report. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects your rights we will tell you before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of {{JURISDICTION}}, and the courts of {{JURISDICTION}} have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to any mandatory statutory protections available to you where you live.
